We have, most importantly, gone through the only industry accreditation currently operating online in the Internet Marketing Social Media arena. This has necessitated a large investment on our part, particlarly a time investment, so that we can improve even more on our aspiration to not just be the "best of the best", but to provide as high a quality of service as we possibly can to our customers.
